Südzucker pays EUR 0.30 dividend

On 14 July 2016, shareholders at the annual general meeting of Südzucker AG voted in favor of the supervisory and executive boards' recommendation to pay a dividend of EUR 0.30 (previous year: 0.25) per share. The decision takes into consideration the significantly improved restructuring and special items result on the one hand, and on the other, the positive results development in fiscal 2015/16 (1 March 2015 to 29 February 2016), which should continue in 2016/17. It also aligns with the company's continuity approach to dividend payments. Based on 204.2 million issued shares in circulation, the total dividend distribution will be EUR 61.3 million. Last year the total distribution was EUR 51.0 million.
